I am very disappointed by the services offered by this company. My boxes have been picked up by Excess movers last 1st of August, and wont be delivered before the 29th! The company did not respect my ultimate deadline -that you can expect for this price- which the 26th, as I will start my new job on 29th and wont be home to collect the boxes! what a shame! Pricey services with no efficency! I have contacted DHL who is organising the delivery, they said Excess paid the economic price for shipping services, which is why it take so long. I am SO UPSET

Update - my items were collected at last on July 28th, 2016: two days later than the scheduled collection day. However, it has been clear that Excess was thoroughly on top of the collection drivers this time. I even received a call immediately after my items were collected to confirm that this was true. Because of the immense stress and emotional turmoil the delay had caused me, Excess has been doing what they can to address the issue and compensate for it. I can honestly say that the stress has now gone and I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of my items to my home in Canada.

Do not touch this shipping company. All you will get is inefficiency, delays, excuses and you will be inevitably just fobbed off. Pathetic customer service, incapable of sticking to timelines and an inability to admit when the customer is right and they are wrong. Awful company with uncooperative staff and they shouldn't be allowed to trade or operate as a removals company.
