High quality, flexible and providing exceptional value for money, this type of support is critical to ensure that people can live independently, in their own home in the community of their choice. We provide a range of services, which includes Extra Care and Sheltered Housing accommodation, as well as community alarms and telecare options for those who require extra support to enable them to live independently.
A high quality extraCare housing scheme for older people with individually tailored care & support. The scheme consists of 40 apartments, 32 of which are 1-bedroomed, the remainder are 2-bedroomed. Facilities include communal space for social activities, a shop, hairdressing salon, library and assisted bathing facilities. Each apartment is wheelchair accessible and has an ensuite bathroom and fitted kitchen. A scheme manager and care manager work closely to ensure that a high quality service is provided for the tenants and that the care package they receive is tailored towards their specific needs.
