East Anglia Care Homes is a family owned care home business in Norfolk. It provides both residential and nursing care including NHS Continuing Care, Dementia Care and End of Life care. Its first care home, Halvergate House in North Walsham, opened its doors in 1989. This was a Georgian house which the company converted and extended to provide well appointed facilities for 35 residents in a beautiful setting. All bedrooms had en-suite facilities, TV and telephone as standard, something very unusual at the time.
