Come to fix my gas leak which they did well but did not turn off my other gas appliances whilst working and didn't check or purge them when leaving and no gas safe certificate provided. Noticed a couple hours later my heating had not come on and found my boiler is not working. Earlsdon Heating are admitting no liability to it even though it was working fine when they arrived and I've had no issues over the last year. Now left with no heating or hot water when I have a 3year old and they don't seem bothered to even help. Started so well but ended with poor customer service and attitude from their manager.
