Bathsorts agreed a deal on a bath with me, and then when I had already had all the plumbing fitted in my flat and joists cut under the floor to accommodate the ex-display bath that they have in their showroom, they reneged on the deal. Leaving me with no bathroom for a lot longer period when I have a newborn baby. The owner Mr D Williams who decided not to honour the deal which was done verbally over the phone with his salesman said he would rather put the bath in one of his many properties in London rather than sell it at the agreed price. It left me wondering how this man can sleep at at night? He also told me that his shop has sold many Clearwater clearstone baths off of the back of his Clearwater natural stone display bath. Something I found very odd as they are totally different. The natural stone bath is a beautiful matt stone, which is on display, and the clear stone bath has a shiny plastic finish and is not nearly comparable. I wonder how many people they have duped? Their behaviour has been very poor and I would not trust these people with any bathroom.
