Very dissapointed with customer service. I came into the showroom on 5 july for a quote for fittings for two bathrooms (taps, showers, basins, toilets, etc) and i was promised a quote the same day with pictures arriving in couple of days. I havent received a quote and followed up on 9th July and did not receive anything. I finally got a blunt email on 16 July apologising and promising a quote on the same day. Its 18 th of july today and i still havent received it. Such a waste of time!
