It was the first time I have used G&O and they were excellent. The plumber that visited really knew his stuff and was quick and efficient not to mention very helpful. I am a property manager and manage multiple homes for the uber high net worth so have had experience dealing with many contractors so experienced in this field. Credit where credit is due.

The 'Baxi' boiler in my fixed mobile home stopped producing hot water and central heating soon after I moved in. Despite my efforts to fix it, I couldn't resolve the issue, and the house was freezing. The park managers recommended G&O Engineers, and Duncan came to help. He spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing the problem, which involved dismantling the front of the boiler to uncover a hidden loose cable. After reconnecting it, the hot water and central heating were restored. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Duncan was highly experienced, professional, and informative. Full marks!

Exceptionally helpful, proficient, and skilled. Responded promptly and efficiently addressed an issue wherein the boiler failed to synchronize with the room temperature thermostat for the central heating system. All good when i spent a few thousand on a new boiler etc.then over a thousand a year later on new rads and some plumbing in the bathroom sink which i had to re do the waste pipe myself as it was not even put together properly again just let water all over the floor.new boiler had fault and they charged me 60.00 to check it when it was under warranty,eventually after 4 to 6 weeks of whats going to happen they decided it was a warranty with vaillant engineers who solved the issue in a day.terrible communications,will not be using again.

Have dealt with this company for years. Excellent service - and friendly with it too. My heating was fixed today after we only reported the problem this morning, and in this climate, the quick response was very welcome. Would give a special mention to Scott who gave me quite a lesson on boilers whilst James gave the radiators a well- needed bleed!
