We have an Heat Interface Unit which wasn't working. My husband had called out an Heating Engineer who came out twice, charged us and left us with no heating. Telling us all sort of thinks. It was really worrying us because of the cost implication (underfloor heating)
I spoke to KDE who then send out a very nice, polite and helpful young man, Luke.
He cleaned the valves (which basically were so dirty that nothing could go through) checked as much as he could at that point, and bingo, the heating is now working. We only just moved in here a year ago.
I have now managed to get the original installer out who are checking the system over. Something KDE (Luke) could not have done because that is not their area of expertise. However, Luke was great. Hope KDE keep him because he is clearly the type of employee they want.

I contacted the office and scheduled a plumber to address some pipe work issues. An engineer was dispatched on the same day, resulting in a remarkably swift turnaround. I would definitely recommend their services.
