The best service, professionalism and quality of work I have experienced. After being treated poorly by another skylight company that gave the impression that you are one of many customers they have, Skylight Services took on the work with interest and delivered a top quality finish at a very reasonable cost. Lucy, Jim and team are all so nice to deal with and were helpful to align with building control inspection. Highly recommended for Skylight installations.

I contacted sky light services to assist with a fault on my electric Velux window. I sent a video of the issue and Matt and Lucy gave an initial diagnosis and ordered some parts. When they came to fit those parts it transpired that the issue was not as thought, but was actually a fault with the entire window being warped. Matt gave advice on how to resolve this with Velux, who I have to say have also been excellent.
My window was 9 years 11 months old, so 1 month off the guarantee period ending. Velux have supplied an entire new window, which Matt has fitted with very little mess. Velux are paying for the install, decoration and electrician in addition to the new window. Without the help of sky light services I suspect that the outcome would not of been anywhere near as favourable. They are very knowledgeable and very personable and a complete pleasure to deal with. If only there were more organisations that were run like this in the UK!

Skylight Services are great. We have used them twice now and each time have received excellent service. The second time we had a leak in one of our Velux windows so called them. They managed to send someone that day who sorted the problem really quickly (it was a bug that had somehow got into the seal and was stopping the window from sealing) and then said there would be no charge. fantastic, cannot recommend enough.
