There is no difference between 'uPVC' and 'PVCu' as uPVC and PVCu windows are basically the same thing. In the late 1980s uPVC changed it's name to PVCu (also seen written as PVC-U). The 'PVC' is for Polyvinyl Chloride and the 'U' is Un-plasticised. Most of our customers prefer to use the term 'uPVC' so for simplicity of description we have kept with the earlier spelling.
