November fit / September visit. Excellent customer service and carpet fit, went to hardy and draper for there huge selection of carpets. Graham was very patient , helpful and knowledgeable. It took me weeks going back and fourth to take samples and choose the right carpet for my little cottage. But with Graham s help and patience with me. I got the perfect carpet/ bathroom floor ,and stair s runner.
And oak door bars. Graham new his stuff. Recommended me to go black for the whipping around the runner on the stairs. It's great when you enter a big chain shop and a member of staff takes interest in the customer and runs the shop like it's there own. Had Philip to fit. He was great too. Polite , respectful & professional. Moved all the bed , furniture and placed it all back with out any problems or asking for any help. Thanks earl Shilton team for helping me.amd being so kind.
