Excellent experience from start to finish. Took my elderly disabled mum in to buy a new suite on 20.11.21. After an awful experience elsewhere, we was treated with the upmost respect and my mum is extremely excited to be receiving her new sofa and chair shortly. Excellent choice and reasonably priced. We have also bought carpets from you too. There is a reason Horsleys have been trading for so long. Your reputation is something to be very proud of. Thank you all very much for making my elderly mother very happy.

Bought a dishwasher, had done lots of browsing elsewhere. Horsleys ended up being all in, not only the cheapest,but delivered within 2 days, took old one away, put new one in... Absolutely fabulous service from showroom to delivery guys. Will definitely save myself the headache of shopping around next time.

Ive recently had a bed delivered and the guys who came had to put it in the garage for me, this was no issue for them. They were very friendly and so helpful. Weve also just had a carpet fitted too and again the person that came was friendly and very efficient! Cant wait for our wardrobes to arrive as I know we will have the best service once again. Thank you team Horsleys! I can not recommend you enough!

Fantastic service. I discovered my washing machine had broken beyond repair this morning, so I popped into horsleys was given advice on the best washing, bought one, and had it delivered less than an hour later! First class service.

We recently had most of our ground floor ripped up & replaced by Horsleys. From dealing with Harry & David on the shop floor to the measuring of the area, to the delivery of the flooring to the actual laying of the floor, no fault can be found. The men sent in to do the actual job of ripping off skirting boards and existing flooring to laying new flooring and skirting, they were superb. Both Paul & Steve were a pleasure to speak with and I felt completely at ease with them in my home.
They were both very conscientious and thoroughly cleaned up after a days work. I was consulted on how the flooring would look from start to finish. The entire job seemed to take no time at all and was a painless process for me. I would highly recommend Horsleys to all. Customer service/ satisfaction really is key in this family run business. Thank you to all involved in refurbishing our home.

Just had new carpets fitted today practically top to bottom. Couldn't fault the service from Horsleys enough, from them measuring to us ordering and finally to Rick Hickling who did a first rate job fitting them. Highly recommended. Thank you.
