Recently I had my lockdown oven cleaned and all I can say is WOW!
I was worried as it was in a bit of a state as I do work my cooker and hob quite hard!
I have to be honest and did say at the start that I did not expect miracles but I have to say a new cooker miracle is exactly what I’ve got now, it’s positively gleaming to the point I don’t want to use it!

Bay Tree is willing to help and both the cleaners who have helped my elderly mum have been personable and trustworthy. The range of services includes personal care, which was reassuring for me in hiring Bay Tree as this extra service may well be helpful (in addition to regular housecleaning) for my mum who is 97 and living independently at home. The admin team communicate with both me and my mum, which shows a level of consideration and I appreciate that. I might rate it 5-stars if the nice cleaner who came recently stays longterm.
