A smooth surface is essential with all types of floor coverings, to give the best effect. The method which should be used to achieve an even floor is dependent upon the floor type. If you have an uneven wooden floor, then ply board will be sufficient for the majority of jobs.

Had lounge and dining room carpets fitted today. Simon has made an excellent job. He is clean, quick and thorough. Had our hall, stairs and three bedrooms last year and was so pleased hence the reason why we used Simon again. Highly recommended, good advice and reasonably priced.

Simon and John have been on 2 occasions now to fit carpets for us. Each time they were punctual and professional. Simon and John were able to come to the rescue and supply more underlay on the day as they’d got spare on the van as I’d not ordered enough (my error) they also offered advice and were respectful of our wishes around ensuring high insulation from the underlay . The quality of the carpet fit itself is far superior what another carpet fitter had done for us some months previous. Will definitely call again should we need further carpets fitted and have already recommended to family. Thank you both, we much appreciated your time and expert fitting.
