I'd have given the 0 if I could! Firstly I get quoted a price in the shop then when they come to your home the price it nearly 250 more after having this issue resolved the fitter fits the carpet and leaves left over carpet in 3 different rooms! Not to mention the mess from cutting the carpet. When I call to complain not so much as an apology from the so called manager Mark Baldwin! Who I believe needs to go on a customer service course! Please go else where! If your local go to Nice Floor in Thamesmead I got a much better service there! It was a joke when Mark Baldwin told me that nice floor must provide a higher level of service! What a joker. Apparently I have to high expectations expecting for my house to be left in the state it was found. Well done Carpet Smart!
