I ordered a neon light installation from Fandango Interiors in late August 2014 for my wife's birthday. I picked it up today 08th Nov '14. They failed to communicate with the makers of the neon lights before they went on a 2 month summer holiday and apparently had little way of communicating with them when away. i had to chase them from updates the whole time and when the light eventually arrived they made no apology, left no installation instructions or adequate arrangements for me to pick it up from the shop. Instead they left a nice but uniformed person to deal with me. Basically this a business run by part timers who couldn't give a sh*t about their customers. I have nothing positive to say about these arrogant individuals.
