We operate from a specially designed factory based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Our large showroom means you can browse our extensive contract furniture range which includes lounge chairs, dining chairs, bedroom furniture and lounge furniture as well as dining and coffee tables. All our contract furniture is manufactured to order so for upholstered furniture you can choose any suitable fabric and select from 6 standard wood stain colours - we can also colour match to your own wood samples. On the bedroom and lounge cabinet furniture you can choose from several wood stains.

We manufacture contract bedroom furniture for use in hotels, care homes and nursing homes - the 5 ranges ranges shown here offer a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, dressing table and chest of drawers. They are available in different sizes and have a choice of wood colours.

We manufacture sofas and sofa beds as well as corner sofas. They are all carefully designed for the contract market so that they can withstand heavy use, whether that's in hotels, student accommodation, care homes, nursing homes or sports clubs.

We are easily reached from the M1, M62 or M621 motorways if travelling by car or from Leeds Central Train Station if arriving by rail and taxi. Our address is 88 Armley Road, Leeds, LS12 2EJ - it is best to put Armley Road rather than the postcode into your sat nav. We are set back from the road between Crown House on the left hand side and the old Albion Pub on the right hand side.
