For as long as we have been a company we have had a dedicated builders merchants on site, specialising in loose aggregates, sands, and topsoil. Over time this department has expanded to include bricks, block paving, decking, timber, workwear, tools and much more. Tailoring our products for our loyal regular trade customers has helped us to offer more products for both the trade and the keen DIY'ers. Our kitchen sinks and taps are suitable for any home and to suit any budget; from excellent value everyday sinks and taps to exclusive, tailored models, you will find a host of innovative options to enhance your kitchen.

Our varied collection of natural stone includes Sandstone, Limestone, Slate, Granite, Travertine, Marble, Basalt, and more. All of our natural stone range comes calibrated to a set thickness to make installation easier and provide a more consistent thickness. We import our products from all over the world and only offer the very best. Most materials come in a riven finish, which is beautifully natural looking, perfect if you're trying to portray a rustic style. Riven products can also be tumbled to give a softer edge and more antique look, drawing inspiration from old cottages or barns.

We are fortunate to be able to offer a bespoke cutting service on site. Our expert stonemasons are able to precision cut natural stone in to any shape and size. Whether you simply need to pave an awkwardly shaped area, or you want to bring your most daring designs to life, Lower Barn Landscaping & Building has the solution. In the past, we have created alfresco workstations, such as built in BBQ's, pizzerias and outdoor worktops out of granite. The bespoke cutting service team can also create pool surrounds, stepping stones, fireplace hearths, back panels and slip sets, bespoke beams and much more.

There are 5 stages to the design process, starting with the initial consultation and ending with planting plans and construction details. Proficient in all aspects of hard and soft landscaping required to entirely develop your garden, from the plans to the final look. Planting often features heavily and ranges from striking architectural schemes through to soft, naturalistic styles. Supporting elements such as sculpture, lighting, irrigation systems and water features are utilised if requested by the client to complete any design requirements.
