We are a fearless production company that specialises in realising the creative projects of a wide range of advertising, PR and entertainment industries. We work in a wide variety of materials. These range from timber, plastics and metals to fibreglass, polystyrene and even food. In fact, there are very few materials we don't have experience working with in our fabrication processes.

Along with an incredibly talented team of makers and designers, Plunge has the facilities and large workshop space to produce almost all of the elements of our clients creative installations in-house. We have a reputation for producing well designed prototypes, installations, props, sets and costumes. Our clients trust our attention to detail and our ability to think outside of the box when it comes to problem solving. Because we utilise the best processes and materials available, our clients know that what they receive is guaranteed to meet their needs.

Moulding and casting is one of the key processes in prop making. It allows us to easily create a number of exact replicas, as well as taking something created in clay and recreate it in a hard wearing material like fibreglass. We are able mold and cast in a variety of materials, from plastics and foams to fibreglass.

From our well equipped and spacious metal workshop we are able to take on all manner of commissions, no matter their size. Being able to do all our fabricating on site also enables us to integrate structural elements into our props seamlessly and without the need for outsourcing. This has been ideal when engineering moving and animated props for various shows for the BBC and other production companies. We are also able to work on styling and modifying vehicles for marketing and display purposes.
