We are based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, close to the Buckinghamshire county border. We have considerable 'events' experience specialising in the hire of the contemporary and very elegant Capri / Espree Marquee and also the robust and incredibly versatile Clearspan Frame Marquee with or without a solid floor. In addition to our stunning marquees we also offer a wide range of event furniture (tables, chiavari chairs and plastic bistro chair hire), dance floor hire (parquet & black/white dance floors), a variety of lighting and LED bar units.
From the start Bay Tree Events provided an excellent service offering advice on size and style of marquee and Marcus always replied to emails extremely quickly which was really helpful. The set up and taking down of the marquee was down very done very swiftly and the Capri Marquee I hired looked amazing. My guests were really impressed! I would thoroughly recommend Bay Tree Events.

These guys are amazing! We hired from Baytree for our joint 50th birthday party and needed the marquee to attach to an outdoor garden room on the house. by the time they were finished your couldn't tell when one started and one finished, it was seamless. The quality of the marquee and the fittings are excellent and the service level suburb. If you are weighing up whether to use Baytree against someone else, use Baytree, honestly you won;t be disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would use them again as first choice for any event. Well done guys!
