Established since 1988 The Apple Orchard is set in the historic village of West Wycombe cradled in the rolling hills of the Buckinghamshire Chilterns. This is an area largely owned by The National Trust and has kept many of its original 17th century assets. The Apple Orchard's numerous showrooms are housed in two wonderful 17th century buildings, and is run by husband and wife, Carolyn and Huw Meyrick, with their team, who aim to offer fine furniture and rare, intriguing gifts, all along side a superb coffee shop.
We came across this wonderful coffee shop whilst visiting the area with family and looking for somewhere to cool down on a scorching hot day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were really impressed with the range of delicious cakes and pastries, which also catered for the veggies and celiac amongst us. Set within a fab gift and furniture shop in a beautiful historic building and gardens, it's a great place to explore and chill out. Wish we lived nearer!
