Rugs and Carpets - Wholesale and Drop ShippedAll of our rugs are handmade meaning minor variations in all of our rugs and carpets will occur and each rug will have its own individual pattern, meaning every rug is unique. The pile can be printed to produce one colour or multiple patterns similar but not identical. Being hand tufted any minor variations may occur in the colour or weave. These variations are characteristics of this type of production with each piece having its own unique charm and isn't something that we will accept as a refund or exchange as a defect.
