5 stars are not enough. I purchased a mattress from argos - took 3 weeks to come - soaked through - took another 3 weeks for them to agree I could dump it. I phoned Nat Raes at 2pm today - they checked their stock - within half an hour mattress bought - delivered at 3.35 and on the bed for tonight. I learned a lesson - BUY LOCAL - and lesson number 2 I will always go here first - customer service exceptional - the mattress they delivered much higher quality than the argos one for a better price. This is where I will shop for beds and furniture from now on. Customer service and quality exceptional. 10 stars if I could. Thank you Nat Raes.
