For over 35 years Jonathan Cheyne has offered a bespoke, personal service to each of his clients, specialising in designing and creating beautiful hand-crafted furniture. We pride ourselves on the high standard of the furniture we produce from our workshop, with an emphasis on quality and finish. A restoration service is also available for those pieces which require some care and attention to bring them back to their former glory.
Three Bells Furniture was established in 1985 by Jonathan Cheyne to provide a niche service to the clients who were unable to find the design or quality of furniture they required through mainstream outlets. He worked for the business for 26 years and has now started his own furniture business in Pulham Market. Three Bells in Ditchingham on the Norfolk-Suffolk border has a workshop and showroom on site. This gives the opportunity for customers to see examples of the work already created, to discuss their personal requirements and to observe work in progress, appreciating the care and attention which goes into each piece.

Another Three Bells project. This turned an old outdated heavy dark oak piece into a restored and painted piece to go in the customers sitting room to accommodate wine bottles and the TV.
It was time for some restoration today. Four different chairs on the table to glue up. It's interesting doing restoration work as one sometimes gets to see how things were made by craftsmen in the past, and the strengths and weaknesses of various designs.
