For a few years now, Alastair at BPS has been the first person I call to service my central heating system or when I have a problem with the plumbing in my home. So, umm, the flooding incident featured on 12 December 2017 was mine. Thankfully Alastair wasn't far away and arrived within half an hour of my call. He got my water back on and the clean-up operation underway. He made sure I called my insurer there and then, and offered practical help (way more than I would have expected) if they'd refused to cover it. There are not enough stars here!
