To the left is a roof repair carried out in Hertford Road Hoddesdon, as can be seen the roof tiles have completely broken down from exposure to the elements, the whole roof has been stripped, insulated, felt and battens and new plain tiles fixed. Below is a new tiled roof we renewed in Highgate London, the roof was stripped of all roof tiles and battens, all roof slopes were felt and battened with Tanalised tiling battens and Tyvec breathable felt fixed with Galvanised nails. We re-tiled the roof using Clay Keymer Shire roof tiles, the roof used Keymer shire clay tiles, bonnets, valley tiles and ridges and all roof slopes were insulated.

Slate roofs are one of the best forms of roof construction/protection and offer one of the longest life spans of all roof constuction, we renew and repair all types of slate roofs to the highest standard using the best natural slates on the market. Slates we use are Spanish Welsh and Chinese. Most victorian homes will have welsh slates from original and the roof structures would have been designed to only carry the load of slates and not heavy concrete interlocking tiles.

We clear, repair and replace all types of guttering from cast iron gutteing to pvc guttering. As with most guttering the most common fault is broken gutter seals on guttering joints and blocked guttering outlets both of which if left will cause long term damage to the building often causing internal damp. PVC Guttering is by far the most popular guttering mainly due to it being most cost effective guttering to install. PVC Guttering comes in all different guttering styles and colors with Black Guttering, White Guttering & and Grey Guttering being the most common, repairing guttering were possible is always the first option as most guttering faults are gutter rubber or gutter joints coming lose or guttering moving from the changing weather conditions.
