We have a wide range of tradesmen directly employed which means if you need a plumber, electrician, locksmith, window fitter, painter, gas engineer, joiner, roofer, general handyman etc we have the tradesman ready to help. We offer both reactive and planned maintenance so whether it is an urgent call out to boiler not working or planned improvement works such as new carpets, painting and decorating, new UPVC windows etc we can help.
We used Flex for several projects in our house recently - cannot speak highly enough about the project management team lead by Richard and Paul - they guided us through the process, respected our vision, suggested some alternative options which would enable us to achieve more with the same budget and then managed the whole process. The work was all completed on time by a really excellent team (special mention to Andy & Jason in particular) and we felt completely comfortable giving free access to the property and letting them get on with it while we were away.
