The SPV Scaffolding division is encompassed within SPV Group. Our scaffolding division provides scaffolding services and the installation of safe access solutions for our Contracts as required. All employees are fully trained to Part 2 Standards and are also trained in scaffolding inspection as part of our ongoing commitment to training in conjunction with the CITB. SPV carry out all types of roofing works from flat roofing to tiling and slating to single ply roofing systems. We offer services in emergency repairs, Investigation, Survey and Reports, full re-roofing service on contracts of all sizes and also cleaning and maintenance of roofs and gutters which can be undertaken as pro active maintenance or reactive maintenance. SPV have recently completed the rooflight replacement works at Birmingham International Railway Station. Working for the Main Contractor, Serco, SPV have carried out the roofing works to supply and fit.

SPV Group carry out a wide variety of slating and tiling. Modern slating and tiling provides a long-term roof waterproofing solution that can be supplied in a wide range of looks and finishes for all applications. The life expectancy of slate or tiled roofs can be extended greatly by timely repairs and maintenance. We offer free advice and a full repair service. The British Standard for Slating and Tiling (BS 5534), has been revised to make UK roofs more secure in the face of increasing extreme weather events, has been mandatory from the end of February 2015.

SPV carry out all types of cladding works including over cladding works, the supply and installation of fascias and soffits and the formation of new canopies. The materials we use include stainless steel, plastisol, copper and zinc among others.
