The customer's pre-war terraced house in Norwich did not have a downstairs window onto their garden. The customer wanted a light and airy space in which they could relax and enjoy their garden. The location of the garden room backed onto an neighbours existing extension. Because of its location there was a lack of space for working and storing materials. During construction the ruins of an Anderson Shelter were found unexpectedly. Despite all this issues TMC builders completed the project to the delight of their customer.
This project was for a victorian hall in Beccles. The original kitchen garden wall had been pushed over by a large tree. The customer wanted to save the tree which had destroyed the wall so the replacement wall had to to be build on a radius. This was quite a challenge for TMC builders — to achieve an elliptical bulls eye opening in a radius wall but TMC builders were up to the challenge. Hand and bricks and cappings were chosen for the work which will blend in with the building in a couple of years.
This was a project that TMC builders carried out for a customer in Norwich to completely refurbish a bathroom to a very high standard with clean contempory lines. The room was well proportioned with a vaulted ceiling. A stylish contemporary suite was fitted with excellent features including all pipe work being concealed — overall a showroom finish. The customer was very happy with the results.

The customer wanted a substantial but sympathetic extension to a pre-first world war terrace house in Holt. The owners wanted something substantial and that would fit in with the period. Access was difficult. TMC builders carried out all the brick and flint work creating rusticated brick quoins. The flints were picked by hand from the quarry to ensure a good balance of flints in size and colour and that the building would look just right when constructed. The project was completed on time and within budget for a delighted customer.
