Pro-Tec Facilities Management, began as a small Security company based in Motherwell, Lanarkshire in 1996, providing Security guarding for local businesses, factories and civil engineering projects. This is a very busy site with lorries coming and going day & night, so the Security personnel really need to be on the ball and have a grip of what's going on. Over the years we have used Pro-Tec I have found the service to be excellent. Management carry out regular site checks on staff and any issues or queries are always immediately resolved.
Pro-Tec offer a mobile Cleaning team to cater for one-off needs such as Deep Clean of void premises, or external areas. Our turnaround time is fast and we are happy to attend site to provide quotes as requested. Pro-Tec provide Window Cleaning services, including wash & reach systems. We have a long standing working partnership going back many years, meaning we know our clients will not be let down. Graffiti is unfortunately a problem often encountered at all types of Commercial Property. We understand that this gives a premises a bad look and can even discourage new tenants.
All commercial property will require regular Cleaning to some degree, whether Office, Retail or Industrial premises. All Pro-Tec Cleaning staff receive site induction training as well as COSHH Assessment and colour coding for Health & Safety. We use as many PH natural products as possible to minimise any environmental impact and we recycle whenever possible.
