We have used AGW Gas on multiple occasions and they are always polite, and efficient. They arrive on time, this time to install a new boiler, and completed the job by mid-afternoon, leaving the area tidy. I didn't have to worry myself about setting up the programme/timer as this was all done correctly to the same as we had before.
Altogether a very proficient and worry free installation from quote to job done! Thank you

We asked Andy to quote for a new boiler. Within the week he had visited, agreed the boiler we needed (a Worcester as recommended by Which) and provided a quotation. Andy's quotation included a comprehensive list of work required and, based on an on-line search, was competitive with other suppliers. The boiler was supplied and fitted on budget and within a month of our initial enquiry. The team that fitted the boiler turned up exactly on time, were friendly and efficient, completed the work within the time they estimated, explained how everything worked and left the kitchen clean and tidy - taking the old boiler, packaging and debris away with them. I would be happy to recommend AGW Gas and Plumbing.

I found Andy on this site and am glad I did. He responded amazingly quickly to my 'emergency' call-out to fix a non-working Greenstar boiler and identified the fault (blocked condensate outlet) immediately. And he gave a lot of sound advice on how to avoid a repeat experience. Not least of course to have the boiler serviced regularly. He will get my businees in future because his charges are reasonable and he gives confidence that he will do the work properly (unlike, seemingly, the last - Bristol based - CH 'engineer' employed to give my boiler a service!).

I have known Andy for a few years now and he has carried out several jobs for me. Andy and his team, Tim and apprentice Ryan work hard and to a very high standard. They are totally reliable and good with ideas, suggestions and solutions. This week the team have refitted my heating system (new piping, radiators and controller). Very pleased with the work done. Very neat and tidy. I think Andy offers good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend AGW Gas & Plumbing Services.

AGW has done several large projects for me over the last 10 years. He rarely has to come back after a job has been completed His team leave the property in a very tidy condition. He is not the cheapest but his work is of a very high standard and always guaranteed

We have had Andy and Tim maintain our heating system for over 10 years. We now had a new boiler installed which was done in their normal professional way. They did exactly what they said would do, promptly. In my experience, that is rare.
