My father Jock Adam worked with oil boilers firstly manufacturing them at Portways in Halstead in the 60's. Then started working for BP and Shell in the 70's. He started his own business in 1982 "Jocks Boiler Service" and I started working for my father in 1990. In the following years he trained me to service and maintain oil boilers to his own very high standards. We regularly worked on Huskvarna warm air units, wall flame, vaporising and pressure jet boilers. Today the majority of my work is on conventional pressure jet boilers and modern condensing appliances.
