GLM's experienced building surveying team provides building surveys of commercial, public sector and institutional buildings. We have an expertise in the increasingly important thermal performance assessment and upgrading of buildings and understand the needs and objectives of commercial, public sector and institutional clients. We regularly work for property investors, portfolio managers, facilities managers and property agents. GLM undertake detailed building surveys that are informed by the many conservation and refurbishment projects that we carry out.
