We have been involved in the landmark cases of Roberts v Johnstone (1989) Q.B. 878 and more recently Swift v Carpenter (2018) EWHC 2060 (QB). We are appointed and recommended by solicitors and barristers to appear in the High Court in matters of medical negligence, clinical negligence, and personal injury claims. We are instructed in an average of 480 cases per year. Our experience as expert witnesses and designers for people with disabilities enables us to effectively identify a suitable property which will ultimately suit the needs of our clients.

Wyvern Partnership LLP was established in 2018 continuing the growth and development of Wyvern Architects-Devizes Ltd and Wyvern Partnership (Wyvern). With offices in Wiltshire and Cheshire, Wyvern is able to provide a full accommodation expert witness and architectural/property finding service throughout the UK. Wyvern's core business is providing expert accommodation reports and designing specific accommodation for disabled individuals.
