Paul Stevens Architecture Ltd was established in 2000 in Salisbury, Wiltshire by Paul Stevens who became a Chartered architect and member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 1987. Described by previous clients as "insightful", "proactive" and "knowledgeable", the architectural practice has a varied workload of both new and refurbishment work which includes schools for County Councils, housing and flats for local developers and housing associations, private housing and ecclesiastical projects.
The finished product is really impressive and the collective view is that the transformation has been total and superbly executed. Amazingly it has all been down within our rigid timelines and so much of the credit for that is due to your own superb efforts. Sometimes there is so much detail to do it is easy to forget the people who make things happen. We had the delight in visiting a finished project yesterday, we were as pleased as the Client about how this turned out. A single storey rear extension to an old thatched cottage replacing an existing, much smaller, extension. This now provides much needed usable indoor space that can be enjoyed all.
Back in Business! Work has resumed on site after delays for the removal of asbestos. ASTECH did a great job handling the removal of the asbestos, they were easy to work with and very efficient. It was great to work with another local firm! Both the Principal Contractor and Client were very happy.
It has just turned 1 year since moving into our new offices at Boathouse Meadow.
