We offer a range of commercial office and light industrial space in various locations across West Cumbria. At Westlakes Science Park, we offer 7 meeting/events spaces with capacity for up to 130 attendees, with on-site hospitality, superfast Wi-Fi, modern technology, free parking and our friendly Facilities Team on hand to support you - we have everything you need to host an amazing event. Our Grounds Maintenance Team, based at Westlakes Science Park look after the acres of greenery across our property portfolio and are available for hire.
