We use either a specially formulated biocide, which is applied either by spray or brush to the contaminated areas to kill off organic growth and staining then washed or steam cleaned off leaving the surface looking as good as new. Following the clean a biocide wash is applied to the surface to provide protection and prolong the length of the clean. A biocide wash is sprayed or brushed on to the surface which kills the biofilm within a few hours of application and left within the surface to self cleanse over a 3 month period which is monitored by us and where necessary a second application maybe required.
