We are so grateful to the Napier team for delivering us a bathroom which is more than we had expected or asked for. The design process was unique, the 4D virtual reality impressive and the kind and caring manner of all the showroom staff and the installation team. My wife has multiple physical problems and Napier were able to source assistance products that maintain dignity and style in our shared bathroom. We had no idea these amazing products even existed. They have brought my wife and I peace and comfort in the bathroom. The space works perfectly for us both and has some charming wellness features as far as mobility, lighting, warmth, showering comfort and safety too. Some minor snagging was required almost 6 months after the project and the team visited again, addressed them, and cleaned up after the simple settlement caused works. We do not hesitate in recommending them and their helpful family style. Good old-fashioned care and service which we appreciated very much.

After a good initial design, the installation of my en-suite commenced in February 2022. The installation has been fraught with mistakes and I suggest you look elsewhere for your bathroom refurbishment. A glossy showroom with 4D visualisation counts for nothing when the installation is so bad.
The worst issue arose with the fitting of the tileable shower tray which failed multiple times. Post the first leak, a new shower tray was fitted in September by Napier Bathrooms but this lasted only a week. Remedial work was carried out but the install of the tray has failed yet again, this time with water escaping and causing damage to the wall and floor in the adjacent room.
A report from an independent Chartered Surveyor identified multiple defects with the bathroom installation. The report confirmed that the shower tray had not been installed correctly. Further defects identified include the use of dot and dab for the wall tiling (with very large porcelain tiles) and no waterproofing around the walk-in shower area.
In addition to the issues with the shower tray: the shower valve was plumbed incorrectly; multiple cracked wall tiles; two floor tiles started to lift; juddering sound when the toilet is flushed; underfloor heating has a gap in the middle of the room; screed spillage on to carpet in adjacent room.
In my experience, the installation is substandard, the after-service is slow, the owner won’t take responsibility for their mistakes and, to add to the stress, the fitter may lose his temper and shout at you.
The showroom may be award winning but, based on my experience, the installations are most definitely not. I do not recommend this company.

Our positive experience with Napier began with the initial consultation and design process with Daniel, who was able to accommodate all of our wishes and ideas, and was able to suggest clever ways to make a major job still fit within our budget.
The brief was for a new en suite shower room and a family bathroom, fully stripped out, remodeled and re-fitted. This experience continued when the job actually began, with Chris Lawson from Lawson's Joinery leading a team that included bathroom fitters, tilers and plasterers. The contractors were all highly professional, skilled and courteous and took care to thoroughly clean the work areas each day. Being a listed property, there was nothing "standard" about the job, and the team had to constantly come up with creative solutions for the re-fit, all of which were entirely sympathetic with the original building.
We are delighted with the stunning final result in both rooms, and we would highly recommend Napier Bathrooms without hesitation.

Had a bathroom recently installed from Napier. The design process i felt they new exactly what it was i was looking for and was very happy with the 3D designs they made.i went ahead slight hiccup on installation due to pipe work needing slightly altered from original design but nothing serious bathroom looks stunning very pleased with the finish.

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Great services and products. We had a bathroom and en-suite shower Supplied and installed. Daniel was very helpful and patient and he addressed all of our concerns, We had several meetings and changes to our plans/products and there no issues! We are very happy with the end result and services we have received. Would definitely recommend Napier Bathrooms!

I have to say we were not happy with the service and Finnish to our new bathroom, there were a few good points and bad. The tiles look lovely, the fittings are a bit flimsy, the design didn't take the practicalities of a small bathroom into consideration, we can't open the window fully now. It looks good though. Biggest problem was the underfloor heating never worked and after many calls three months on they sent a technician to test it, he said the underfloor heating had been damaged when installed, they had tried to repair it with tape but not properly, he also said this could have been a fire hazard, as my sons family are living in the flat with a two and a half year old child and a small baby, we were horrified by this and would find it hard to recommend this firm, we expected more after spending more than 10,000 on this very small space.
Superb bathroom fittings of excellent quality suggested by Johnny for re-fitting my let flat. Well-designed, ordered and delivered very quickly. Excellent service-what thoroughly recommend!
