The Heating and Plumbing Manager will have responsibility for the day to day delivery of all engineering works that fall under the contracts they manage including domestic installations, inspections and servicing, new build schemes, social housing commercial and domestic servicing, repairs and maintenance and ad hoc repairs.

Constructionline - A national supplier registration network based mainly (but not wholly) on works / construction contractors where they can save / upload current documents (H & S, financial accounts, policies (e.g environmental, equality, modern slavery, social value etc) so that they do not need to send for every opportunity bidding for (once approved by CL).

Our grounds maintenance service covers all Ongo owned land in North Lincolnshire. The contract is delivered by two providers: one looks after the grounds around the retirement living homes and the other one looks after other land owned by Ongo. There is work ongoing throughout the cutting season, the season runs from February / March (weather permitting) to October / November. We also maintain areas and during the winter period, from November to February. The types of work for each season are listed below.
