Fire Alarms
Our BAFE SP203-1 certified fire alarm systems combine Advancedco's multi-criteria detectors with NICEIC-approved installations. These systems provide early smoke and heat detection through interconnected sensors, reducing false alarms while ensuring rapid emergency response. Commercial clients benefit from compliance with Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requirements.
Intruder Alarms
Texecom-integrated intruder alarms use motion sensors, door contacts, and glass break detectors for comprehensive property protection. Systems feature remote smartphone control and optional 24/7 monitoring. Residential installations include pet-friendly motion detectors and wireless options for listed buildings.
Access Control
Paxton and CAME access control systems manage entry points through keypads, biometric scanners, and vehicle detection barriers. Commercial solutions integrate with CCTV for layered security, offering audit trails and time-based access permissions for businesses in Torquay's industrial estates.
CCTV
Dahua CCTV systems provide HD recording with night vision and motion detection. Installations include discreet domestic cameras and commercial networks with remote viewing capabilities. Systems comply with GDPR requirements for data protection and privacy.
Maintenance Contracts
