White knight agreed a building repair job and we were prepared to wait 3 months until they could do it due to their excellent reviews. They then advised they could no longer do the job 7 weeks later. Very disappointing customer service

Scott and James did the building work for our extension! (With the help of Josh&Chris) They did a great professional job! They also replaced two manhole covers on our drive and put up 3 new fence panels with gravel boards! They were punctual and polite and helpful! Also the work was competitively priced and carried out to a high standard! We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending White Night construction to anyone requiring building work!

Scott and James were a pleasure to deal with. They were always polite and listened to what we had to say. Josh, Chris and the other lads, bought on-site to help were really polite, respectful and worked very hard. We are very pleased with the garage extension, which was completed to a high standard. The site was always kept tidy throughout and they have returned quickly to resolve some very tiny snags. I would highly recommend White Knight Construction and we would definitely use them again.

James, Scott and Josh were excellent throughout our project. They kept us informed with clear communication from the initial quote until completion and have been in touch since finishing to check we are happy with everything. They were happy to advise on changes to the plans and were always available to discuss any issues. They also recommended tradesmen to complete other aspects of the project, these were reliable and completed the work to a high standard. We are very happy with the finished extension and wouldn't hesitate to recommend White Knight Construction to others.

At last I visited the Castle, promised myself a visit for a number of years, well worth it!
What a great evening we had taking photographs with the Codnor based F-Stop Camera Club, lovely welcome from members of the Castle Heritage trust and a great cup of tea & biscuits to end the visit. Not to mention some great photographs of the Castle & immediate area around it.

The histories of Codnor Castle and The Butterley Company are intimately linked, from Benjamin Outram & Company leasing part of Codnor Castle's deer park to build Codnor Park Forge in 1794 to The Butterley Company's acquisition of the entire Codnor Castle estate in 1862.
