We undertake all roofing work from small leaks and replacing broken tiles to installing new roofs. We fit new facias, soffits, gutters and all ridge tile work such as re-pointing, dry ridge and also dry verge. We also install and repair flat roofs using our Fibre Flat GRP system for a long lasting solution to flat roof leakage.

Tiled roofs traditionally have a cement infill at the edges of the roof. This tiled edge is vulnerable to weathering which can cause cracks leading to the cement dropping out and the tiles becoming insecure, particularly in bad weather or high winds. It uses a dry fix system to attach clamps between the joints of every ridge tile, fixing them securely to the roof. More durable than mortar and tile, they are maintenance free, provide discreet ventilation of the roof and are not affected by movement of the roof through vibration or expansion and contraction.

If not maintained and repaired properly, besides being unsightly chimneys can cause significant problems such as allowing moisture into your roof space and into walls, causing damp and damage to ceilings and plasterwork. As part of repairing and rebuilding your chimney, we will re-point, which involves removing old crumbling or weather damaged mortar and the re-application of new mortar to the joints between the bricks, and also remove any defective bricks and replace them with matching bricks. If you no longer require a chimney on your property, we also provide a removal service, safely removing the chimney from your roof, making sure not to damage the surrounding area, and supply and install new roofing felt, timber and roofing tiles.

Whether you require our roofers to install a new flat roof or carry out a repair on an existing one, there is no job too small or too large for us. Perhaps you are having problems with your existing flat roof like water pooling in areas or a leak in your roof, if so we can offer a permanent solution to your problem. There are many flat roofing solutions available on the market, including asphalt, felt and EPDM (Rubber) roofing, but for the best solution and watertight system for your flat roof we recommend GRP (Glass Reinforced Polyester).

We are happy to help you choose the right new roof covering for your property and advise you on the most cost-effective solutions for your needs. Roof coverings vary quite dramatically in price, so there is usually an option to suit all budgets. Scaffolding will be erected around your home to meet health and safety requirements for both the householder and our workers. We will remove the existing roof covering and re-cover the roof using a high performance breathable felt.

Fascias are the boards that are attached to your roof trusses across the top of your exterior walls, holding the bottom row of roof tiles in place and providing a solid base on which to fix guttering and stop the exposed ends of your rafters absorbing water, which can lead to damaging damp and rot. Soffits are the boards that fit between the fascia and the exterior wall. They protect rafter from moisture and provide a seal to your roof space so birds and mice etc. can't enter your roof space to build nests, but also allowing enough airflow into your roof space to prevent the build-up of damp and condensation.

Maybe you have noticed a tile or slate that has moved or a minor leak, just give us a call on 0800 292 7389 whatever the issue, and we will visit your property promptly to survey, quote and carry out any necessary repairs or replacements subject to your approval.
