Really happy with the service and result from Andres. Our heating system was taking ages to warm up so we decided to have a powerflush. Andres came round and fully explained the process, risks and benefits. In addition to the powerflush Andres suggested looking into converting our open vented system into a sealed system. Again explaining the benefits and risks. We decided to do both and could not be happier with the results. We also changed our pump at the same time as it was filled with gunk. The result is a system which warms up fully in 25 minutes as opposed to an hour and half. All radiators are very hot to touch even at the bottom now. The system is so much quieter now its sealed (previously it would wake us up in the morning when turning on). All round fantastic service and result. Andres fully explained how to maintain the system by occasionally filling up and what to look out for in issues. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Andres responded to my enquiry fairly promptly explaining the process and details of the job required. He also gave me a quote for this work and was able to get me booked in within a couple of days due to nature of job. On arrival, both Andres and his business partner were polite, friendly and professional. The job was carried out promptly ensuring it was completed to a high standard and it was left tidy. We used Berkshire Direct Heating & Plumbing to replace our 43 year old gas boiler with a new modern ATAG combi boiler. Andres and Rahman were friendly, polite tidy and very professional throughout, and they certainly knew their stuff! We are delighted with the new system which has made such a difference and is just what we needed. We would highly recommend them, in fact we’re are going to also have them back to have radiator control valves fitted.

When using your kitchen to store the ATAG Heating Technology boiler delivery ready for the weekend as it's too cold to store in the container.

System upgrade. New Telford unvented cylinder relocated to the garage to make space for a new en suite we are now 1st fixing. All new balanced cold, hot and secondary return installed. Sealed the central heating system using an IMI Hydronic Engineering expansion vessel with Tesla T-Bar. New external.
3 outlet concealed shower valve 1st fix from the other week. We always pride ourselves in our workmanship even if it will never be seen.
