I found Bryant and Cairns provided an extremely professional service. They were very thorough in reviewing the job in pre-installation visits enabling the actual job to go smoothly. I obtained three quotes and I went for Bryant and Cairns as they were the only company that provided a 10 year guarantee for ALL aspects of the work carried out. I particularly appreciated that I asked for a small job on existing French doors to be included in the quote and this was done within a week of me placing the order for this job with no charge. The installation was carried out on the due date. The installers were extremely efficient and committed to getting the job done on the dates allocated - despite the awful weather. They were very pleasant and tidied up after the first day and on completion. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and door that were installed. I also feel confident that if there was an issue after installation the company will respond quickly.

Good service from start to finish. No deposit required, payment on completion of work. Problem with frame on window panel at door, which was pointed out by fitters and replaced without any problem. Happy with replacement door, looks good.
