I strongly urge you to avoid using the services of Hertfordshire Carpets and Flooring. Jack G from HCF services is not satisfactory to any standards and he is a very difficult person to deal with to resolve the problems they created!
We appointed him to supply and install carpets and flooring in addition to fixing the squeaky floorboards and he recommended that changing the entire floorboards would be the only way to fix the flooring and stop the squeaking and we did that as it was the only solution. A few months later the squeaks are back again and after I contacted him to come and fix it, he stopped answering my calls, then stopped answering my emails, and only down the line proposed to come to inspect with no promise issues are covered in warranty!!
I would avoid this company at any cost. We have to deal with him now in the court. Best of luck to anyone who is been treated the same way and is now in the same position as us.
