Had a toilet flush that wouldnt cut out, wasting water. Contacted PPP and got booked in promptly. Plumber turned up on time, polite and respectful of my property. Work was carried out quickly and efficiently, with all my inane questions answered politely and in a knowledgeable way. We decided after discussing it and under no pressure to have some additional work carried out. Parts were ordered and a return appointment arranged via email with no fuss at all.

Second visit just as good as the first. Work carried out quickly and efficiently no mess no fuss. Even turned down the offered brew as they knew they werent going to be there that long. Excellent service and follow up, after years of enduring problems and bull on our Gas boiler including advice we needed a new boiler, it was refreshing to meet Zak from Purple plumbing. Worse company I have ever used. Leaking radiator unable to turn off. Refused to give a quote to replace the leaking radiator that I have a bowl under to catch the water. Heating still not working correctly dont seem to be able to sort the problem out. But quick to take your money then don't want sort any problems out.

Excellent service! Couldnt fix boiler on first visit but quoted repair and came back after the weekend with required parts and had the boiler purring in no time. Excellent communication from the office and with the engineers on site, highly recommend.

From the initial site visits to scope out the new gas boiler project to the final completion and sign off, the interaction with all the Purple Plumbing People staff was a joy.
