Services
Loft Boarding
We install durable loft flooring using treated 18mm boards that interlock for maximum strength. Our system allows easy removal while maintaining insulation efficiency. For properties with trussed roofs, we reinforce joists to ensure structural integrity. This solution transforms unused loft space into practical storage while maintaining your home's thermal performance.
Loft Ladders
We supply and fit a comprehensive range of loft ladders from basic two-section models to fully integrated systems that fold into hatch spaces. Our installations ensure safe, permanent access to loft areas. All solutions combine functionality with space-saving design to maintain ceiling aesthetics when not in use.
Hatch Modifications
We provide hatch replacement, relocation, and widening services to meet exact specifications. Our modern insulated hatches feature sealed edges for improved energy efficiency. This service addresses accessibility challenges while maintaining thermal performance through purpose-designed solutions.
Loft Insulation
We assess existing insulation levels and upgrade to meet current recommendations. Our service includes topping up or installing new insulation to enhance energy efficiency. This addresses heat loss prevention while ensuring compliance with modern building standards for residential properties.
General Carpentry
Beyond loft solutions, we offer furniture repairs and general carpentry services. Our expertise extends to on-site furniture restoration and custom joinery work. This service supports homeowners with various woodwork requirements beyond primary loft storage projects.
