Very impressed from start to finish. No heating when it's minus 5 is no joke. A local plumber had no idea what the problem was. Spoke to Nina at the Boiler Specialist Company and she filled me with confidence that they knew their products and would do a good job. I wasn't disappointed. Booked boiler replacement and Joshua arrived at 8.30am. Boiler replaced quickly but radiators not working. He worked tirelessly, calling in help and at 10:15pm we have heat. They were adamant they were staying until they got radiators working. I would highly recommend this company.
