I had never had cause to use TES before but they were contracted by HomeServe insurance on a recent claim I had. A young man named Jordan came out who was very personable and had obviously had excellent customer service training. He found he leak and fixed it immediately. If this is the type of service TES give on all their calls I would highly recommend them. Having worked in a customer Services one way or another in my working career it is refreshing to know that SOME firms still think this is important, which it absolutely is.
