My name is Mandy Reynolds, proud owner of the unique Sheffield based electrical contractor, Mand Made. I established the business in 2006. Though owned and run by a fully qualified and experienced female electrician, Mand Made is not staffed exclusively by women, nor do we work exclusively for female customers. We simply put ourselves in our customer's shoes in everything we do; you don't have to be a female to do that (but it helps!) Our skilled and knowledgeable electricians turn up as promised, pay attention to detail and will not leave a mess behind.
Here at Mand Made, we offer a wide range of electrical services to help with the energy efficiency of your home, along with renewable energy implementation. As electricians, we are very aware of the effect of electrical installations and appliances on the environment. We are, therefore, keen to work with the environment as much as possible. However, as a customer-led business, it is not our practice to preach or to insist on energy efficiency measures if our customer doesn't want them. We can advise on how you can improve the energy efficiency of your home or workplace, which may involve switching to low energy light bulbs; sensor-operated lighting; digital heating systems and voltage optimisation.
Mand Made is experienced at working with developers, architects and designers as well as end-user clients. We are currently undertaking the electrical installation for a new-build development of apartments in central Sheffield. Other recent commercial projects include a new build school; the new University of Sheffield offices; ICT provision and maintenance in a busy dental surgery; upgading of power and lighting for a bridal studio and electrically re-vamping the new premises of an IT specialist provider.
